Each year in January, the Orange Catholic Foundation (OCF) kicks off the annual Pastoral Services Appeal (PSA) in collaboration with Bishop Kevin Vann and the Pastors and Administrators from all 62 parishes, missions and centers of the Diocese of Orange.  The PSA is an annual fundraising appeal of the Orange Catholic Foundation that raises funds that are granted to the Diocese of Orange for financial support of selected diocesan pastoral ministries & services which serve people throughout Orange County.

For 2013, the PSA will be combined with the first-ever diocesan capital campaign, For Christ Forever.  Approved allocations for 2013-14 of $6,098,000 to fund ten important ministries & services as described on the PSA Ministry Descriptions page have been added to the parish targets for the capital campaign.  All capital campaign pledges will be first applied to the 2013 PSA allocations, then to each individual parish capital campaign target.  

The capital campaign will be introduced in 2013 in your parish either in Block 1 (to kick off in April, 2013) or Block 2 (to kick off in August 2013).  All pledges to the For Christ Forever campaign will first be applied toward satisfying your parish's PSA goal and then toward the parish capital campaign target.  Each parish will have the opportunity to raise funds for its own projects as well.  Click here for the For Christ Forever website for further information on the five campaign priorities and the opportunities for your parish.
